The advanced Thulium laser technology, which was first developed by Lisa Laser in 2004, has been incorporated into the RevoLix 200 watt laser. Because this wavelength is absorbed in water only tissue within 2mm from the tip of the laser fiber will be vaporized. This produces a totally safety barrier against collateral damage.

Partial Nephrectomies

The RevoLix Jr 30 watt is a table-top laser that can work in conjunction with the da Vinci robot or laparoscopic instruments to perform unclamped partial nephrectomies. Because of it excellent hemostasis with minimal thermal damage this laser, this is the only laser that is being used extensively to perform these procedures.

The Sphinx Jr 30 watt laser is the most powerful holmium laser producing 18,000 watts of peak power with an average power of 30 watts all at 110VAC. There is no need for a 220 V supply.
